What will I study?

BTEC Extended Certificate in Uniformed Protective Services (Single) This course includes four units including one external assessment:ÌýÌýÌýÌý Behaviour and Discipline (exam)ÌýÌý Study the importance of standards,ÌýdisciplineÌýand professional conduct within the uniformed services.ÌýÌý Expedition SkillsÌýÌý Learn how to plan,ÌýprepareÌýand safely carry out expeditions, including participation in an expedition.ÌýÌý Teamwork, Leadership and CommunicationÌýÌý Develop your ability to work in teams, leadÌýeffectivelyÌýand communicate clearly in a range of situations.ÌýÌý Police Powers and the LawÌýÌý Gain a strong theoretical understanding of the legal framework surrounding uniformed services, including police powers and responsibilities.
